Shalita Washington is a powerhouse in marketing, communications, and sales leadership, serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Durham’s Cleaning Services. With 20 years of experience in corporate America, she has mastered the art of business strategy, brand positioning, and revenue growth. At DCS, Shalita is the driving force behind bold marketing initiatives and high-impact sales strategies that elevate the brand, engage top-tier clients, and secure major contracts. Armed with a BBA and an associate degree in business, she blends analytical precision with creative execution to position DCS as an industry leader. Fueled by a passion for excellence and results, she is committed to expanding DCS’s reach and delivering game-changing solutions that leave a lasting mark.

Jameicia Thomas, is a woman-preneur, life- long student, a mother, and a believer in Christ. In 2019, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a dual degree in Sociology and Psychology. From an early age, Jameicia has always been keen to give words of encouragement and wisdom. Her ability to provide others with sound advice and instruction comes from pure intentions to see that person flourish and prosper. By profession, Jameicia is a Qualified Mental Health Professional. By passion, Jameicia is a servant leader, mentor and coach.

Maggie Jean, originally from Miami and now thriving in Georgia, is a visionary business consultant with over eight years of experience. A proud Columbia College graduate with a BA in Business Management and a minor in Psychology, she is currently pursuing her master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology to further enhance her expertise. Passionate about empowering businesses, Maggie founded Leave Your Marc Global to help small to mid-sized companies grow and leave their unique mark. She also serves as the Events and Programs Chair for the Haitian American Chamber of Commerce and is the Georgia representative for the Haitian American Foundation for Democracy, reflecting her deep commitment to leadership and community development. 

Joy Gregory is an experienced HR Director with over 10 years in payroll and business administration. A Virginia Union University alumna, she built a strong foundation in accounting and HR management.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Joy combines precision, professionalism, and positivity to ensure seamless payroll operations while fostering a welcoming workplace culture. Known for her love of numbers and commitment to excellence, she takes pride in efficiency and keeping the office atmosphere upbeat.

Outside of work, Joy is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures. Whether managing payroll or sharing a laugh, her goal remains the same—to get the job done with excellence and a smile.
