After spending 20 years in corporate America honing her prowess for business and creativity Shalita has become a powerhouse professional with a passion for making a difference. She owns and operates The Creative Direction, where she develops brand identities & marketing strategies for businesses and brands. She is also the founder of Luxura: A Beauty & Wellness Brand and Diamonds of Destiny, a non-profit organization empowering young women through a debutante program. With a BBA and associates in business, Shalita combines her corporate expertise with her creative flair to drive positive change and inspire others to reach their full potential.
Jameicia Thomas, is a woman-preneur, life- long student, a mother, and a believer in Christ. In 2019, she graduated from the University of Virginia with a dual degree in Sociology and Psychology. From an early age, Jameicia has always been keen to give words of encouragement and wisdom. Her ability to provide others with sound advice and instruction comes from pure intentions to see that person flourish and prosper. By profession, Jameicia is a Qualified Mental Health Professional. By passion, Jameicia is a servant leader, mentor and coach.
